Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid return shipping label provided by our system.
Pack Your Waves
Securely package your Beachwaver tool in its original box and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the package.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
